Parenting doesn't come with an instruction manual! Having a postpartum doula may allow your family to ease into it while getting some hands on support and building confidence.

Getting enough sleep can be a key factor to healing and facing the day with avoiding postpartum depression. Parenting doesn't stop at nighttime, but having a postpartum doula may allow your family to ease into it. This allows you to get some extra shut-eye and have the peace of mind your baby's needs are met. I support both families that are wholly breast/chest feeding, families who are wholly bottle-feeding, and every variation in-between.
- Minimum contract length is 6 weeks. Contract packages are for a set number of hours to be used over the contract time. - For sustainability, I also sleep when baby sleeps. Contracts do not include awake care (doula awake through the entire shift). As of 10/1/23 I have received the full complement of COVID, flu, TDAP, MMR, and varicella vaccines/boosters. |
